I like a lot seeing all pictures on the wall showing histories of Yakima town. The location was great, and several restaurants including a couple of high-class ones were in the walking distance. Also, breakfast was good, and the room was specious and so clean.

Beautiful historic building but with all the modern updates. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and we liked the wine tasting available at the front desk. The location is very convenient.

The room was everything I expected based on the website photos. The location is good and parking was easy. The Maison Temple was under construction, so we couldn't go see it. That part was kind of sad, I had hoped to see it.

The front desk was very helpful and friendly. The male receptionist was incredibly funny and easy to chat with. The lady receptionist was lovely and sweet to check if everything was okay during our stay. The room was clean and comfortable.

The entire staff from the front desk, breakfast team, cleaners and groundkeepers were all fantastic and polite. Very friendly and accommodating vibes throughout the entire facility.
